No only did they do what they said they'd do, they delivered at the time I requested and when the hotel temporarily lost the flowers JS immediately said they'd replace them for no charge. The flowers were found shortly after that conversation but the no-hesitation replacement offer clearly shows that JS is all about their customers!! I highly recommend them!!
