*Each arrangements will arrive in a vase that we will change out month-to-month unless the costumer and or the recipient request otherwise.
*Each arrangement will feature the season's freshest flowers and will be valued at $125.00
Based on the first delivery date you choose, we will deliver subsequent arrangements 30 days from the previous delivery.
*Regular Price/ 3 Months = Save 10% off / $375.00 - ($37.50) = Total: $337.50 + one-time delivery fee and tax.
*Deluxe Price / 6 Months = Save 15% off / $750.00 - ($112.50) = Total: $637.50 + one-time delivery fee and tax
*Premium Price / 12 Months = Save 20% off / $1,500 - ($300.00) -Total: $1,200.00 + one-time delivery fee and tax
Replacement & Refund Policy
Our #1 goal here at JS Flowers is to make sure that you are thrilled with the floral arrangement or plant that you received. If you are unhappy with the item you received from us, please contact within 24 hours so we can take the appropriate action to correct the situation.
If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours via email to info@jsflowers.com and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP. Please include pictures and your order number.
After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.
If we are unable to leave the flowers with a doorman or package room, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor. If it's a residence and no neighbor is home, we will leave the flowers in front of the recipients door and leave them a voicemail.
If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours via email to info@jsflowers.com and we will send a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures and order number.
After a 14 day period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for plants or orchids.
Cancellation and/or Refund
If the order is cancelled 24 hours before the delivery date, a refund will be given. If the order has already been created and is on it's way for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order.
If we attempted delivery on an order and the order is returned to the store and then cancelled, we must withhold the delivery charge when processing the cancellation of the order

Substitution
Due to the seasons, market conditions and availability, substitutions may sometimes occur to flowers, greens, or containers. We will always do our best to maintain the overall aesthetic design. If an item is unavailable, we'll sub in products of equal or greater value.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
